Particularly strong in August was realtor.com‘s traffic growth which surpassed their record high set in July. Buying interests have been unprecedented. In gauging the supply of homes for sale, they looked at the median number of days homes spent on the market and the number of listing views per market. Homes on this hot list had plenty of interest from potential buyers and sold quickly. California remains the hottest state with 11 cities on the list. Two new cities were added to the list in August at realtor.com. Things may be cooling down with the change of seasons but the market remains on fire!
