Michael Khesin, CEO and Principal Broker of Intempus Realty, believes “the closing of this lease is an exciting moment for our company, but it will prove to be short-lived as we are already looking for additional space to accommodate our fast growth!”  “The location was a primary motivation for signing the lease,” stated Eugene Korsunsky, Intempus Realty’s President and Head of Business Development, “the close proximity to freeways and central location make it efficient for us to service our clients.”

Intempus Realty plans on continuing to grow their business through referrals coming from excellent service, as well as through additional acquisition opportunities.  Since 2013, Intempus property management portfolio has grown in excess of 100% annually.
